Shapiro and Riccoboni, Ted Shapiro and Elyssa Riccoboni, are Social Security Disability Lawyers that have a combined experience of over 30 years representing Social Security Disability claimants. Ted S. Shapiro worked for the Social Security Administration for 16 years before he began representing Social Security Disability claimant’s on the other side. His daughter, Elyssa Riccoboni, joined the practice as a Social Security Disability lawyer in 2005. We are a family working together. TED SHAPIRO, ESQ.
Prior to opening his own practice, Ted spent more than 16 years working for the Social Security Administration where he served as the Supervisory Attorney in the Queens Social Security Office of Hearings and Appeals. Since 1993 Ted has been leveraging his knowledge of Social Security Disability law and processes to help people obtain Social Security Disability benefits. Ted is a graduate of St. Johns University School of Law.
ELYSSA RICCOBONI, ESQ.
Elyssa, Ted’s daughter, joined the practice as a Social Security Disability lawyer in 2005. She attended college at the University of Delaware and then went on to Touro Law School. She has joined forces with her father to help grow the number of number of disabled people they can help together.
